In short, my last clan notes were sent out a couple days ago. We also have the Independence Games coming up, so stay tuned for details.

Congratulations to Raiju for his promotion to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight. Also, with Archean's stepping down from the position, Raiju has been selected as the new quaestor of House Tridens!

As of now, we are a growing House, and a few comps. have been thrown in just to get things started.

Some more changes have occurred to the site, notably that I have added a section for Archives and reorganized the menus links somewhat. I've also disabled the tar.org Forums, chiefly because no one had been using them. It was a nice try I suppose, but it is hard enough to get everyone to use the djb.com Clan Forums without dividing their attention between two forums. Some of the links have been updated, and the new Proconsul and Rollmasters been added. Most of the other work is being done on the wiki, so be sure to check that out.

First and foremost, I appreciate Rekio bringing back the Clan website, and updating the news stuff for the Summits to post stuff. Thanks Rekio.

Secondly, I want to offer thanks to all of the Summits, and the hardwork they do. Korras, your Proconsul, is a dedicated, tenacious individual who cares about every facet of this Clan, and about your benefit and entertainment. He's the Clan's Proconsul for a reason, and I appreciate all the assistance he offers me. Archean and Welshman of Tridens, and Kromtal and Frosty of Gladius are four inspiring gentlemen, and I appreciate the work they do and the commitments they have made to serve their respective Houses, and do what they can for your benefit. If you're in Gladius, Kromtal and Frosty are working hard for you. In Tridens, Archean and Welshman have the same dedication and desire to see each of you progress and advance in this Clan and Brotherhood.

There's things coming up in the month ahead. I want to restart the "In The Shadows II" run-on, and get everyone involved in it, as well as helping train people to write in run-ons. Writing itself is a skill, but writing in a run-on is somewhat different. I'd like you all to take part in the run-on when I get it going again, and I'd like each of you to get to know each other, and help each other out. We can all use the benefit and advantage of someone else's viewpoint to help us improve.

Also, there has been talk amongst myself and the Tarentae about the future of Tarentum. One of the things we have discussed is the potential for bringing back House Cestus. Our thoughts have been, if we have three Houses, and keep each House down to about 25-30 people, instead of 40 or 50, leadership will not be so hard-pressed to keep up with the members, and each of you will be part of a smaller, more closely-knit group of individuals to be active with as a House. At present, I still need to discuss this idea with the Grand Master, but I would like feedback from all of you on this. Do you think Houses would benefit from being smaller? Would you feel more comfortable being a part of a social group that was smaller? Do you want the additional opportunities for leadership that a third House would create? Let me know, please. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
